T3 Capital, LP ("T3 Capital," "T3," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information entrusted to us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit www.t3cp.com (the "Site"), communicate with us, request information about investment opportunities, subscribe to communications, access services made available through third-party investor platforms, or otherwise interact with T3 Capital (collectively, the "Services").

By using the Services, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use the Services.

1. Scope of This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to personal information processed by T3 Capital in connection with the Services. It does not apply to information governed by a separate privacy notice, subscription agreement, employment notice, or other agreement provided to you by T3 Capital or an affiliated investment vehicle.

Certain features of the Services, including our investor portal, are operated by third parties such as AppFolio Investment Management. Those third parties may collect and process information under their own privacy policies and terms. We encourage you to review their policies before providing personal information.

2. Personal Information We Collect

The personal information we collect depends on how you interact with us and may include:

Information You Provide Directly

• Contact and identity information, such as your name, email address, telephone number, mailing address, company, job title, username, and account details.
• Investor and financial information, such as investment interests, investment history, accreditation or qualification information, financial circumstances, bank or payment instructions, tax information, ownership information, and transaction records.
• Identity-verification and compliance information, such as date of birth, citizenship or residency, Social Security or tax identification number, government-issued identification, source-of-funds information, and information required for anti-money-laundering, sanctions, fraud-prevention, or other legal and regulatory checks.
• Communications, including information contained in emails, telephone calls, messages, meeting requests, forms, surveys, and other communications with us.
• Professional or employment information, such as employer, occupation, business affiliations, professional history, and information submitted in connection with employment opportunities.
• Preferences and marketing information, such as your communication preferences, areas of investment interest, event participation, and responses to marketing communications.
• Documents and signatures, including subscription documents, investor questionnaires, tax forms, agreements, consents, and electronic signatures.

Please do not submit sensitive financial, tax, or identity documents through the Site’s public contact or investment-inquiry forms unless we specifically instruct you to do so through an approved secure channel.

• Determine eligibility or qualification for investment opportunities;

• Verify identity and conduct anti-money-laundering, sanctions, fraud-prevention, accreditation, suitability, and other compliance reviews;
• Maintain business, accounting, tax, legal, and regulatory records;
• Communicate about T3 Capital, its affiliates, investment opportunities, events, market insights, and other information that may be of interest;
• Personalize and measure the effectiveness of our Site, communications, and marketing;
• Protect our rights, property, systems, investors, employees, and others;

We may disclose information to companies that provide website hosting, cloud storage, cybersecurity, communications, customer relationship management, document management, electronic signature, analytics, advertising, investor-portal, fund-administration, payment, banking, tax, accounting, identity-verification, accreditation, compliance, background-check, and other support services.
• Professional advisers and transaction parties. We may disclose information to attorneys, accountants, auditors, consultants, insurers, lenders, financial institutions, brokers, custodians, administrators, prospective financing sources, counterparties, and other advisers or transaction participants.
• Governmental and legal recipients. We may disclose information to courts, regulators, tax authorities, law-enforcement agencies, and other governmental bodies when required or permitted by law, or when necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

The Services may link to websites, investor portals, social media platforms, or services operated by third parties. T3 Capital does not control and is not responsible for the privacy, security, content, or practices of those third parties. A link does not constitute an endorsement of the third party’s privacy practices. Please review the applicable third-party privacy policy before submitting information.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, manage our relationship with you, satisfy contractual obligations, protect our legitimate business interests, and comply with legal, tax, accounting, reporting, and regulatory requirements.

Retention periods vary depending on the type of information and the applicable requirements. Investor, transaction, compliance, and related business records may generally be retained for at least seven years after the end of the relevant relationship or transaction, and longer when required or appropriate under applicable law, an agreement, a legal hold, or a regulatory obligation.

8. Data Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against accidental or unlawful loss, misuse, unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. These safeguards may include access controls, encryption, secure service providers, monitoring, employee training, and incident-response procedures, as appropriate to the nature of the information.

No method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure. Accordingly, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of personal information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for notifying us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Please describe your request and identify your state of residence. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision and stating that you wish to appeal.

We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. Verification may require us to match information you provide with information we already maintain or to request additional information. We will use verification information only to process your request. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request where permitted by law, but we may require proof of the agent’s authority and verification of your identity.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right. We may deny or limit a request when permitted by law, including when information is subject to a legal exemption, cannot reasonably be verified, or must be retained to satisfy legal or contractual obligations.

Marketing Communications

You may unsubscribe from promotional emails by using the unsubscribe link in the message or by contacting us at invest@t3cp.com. Even if you opt out of promotional communications, we may continue sending non-promotional communications concerning your account, investments, transactions, legal notices, or our ongoing relationship with you.

10. Additional Notice for California Residents

This section supplements the rest of this Privacy Policy and applies to California residents to the extent the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended (the "CCPA"), applies to T3 Capital’s processing of their personal information.

Categories of Personal Information

During the preceding 12 months, we may have collected and disclosed the following categories of personal information. The examples below describe the types of information generally included within each category; we do not necessarily collect every example listed.

We collect these categories from the sources described in Section 2 and use them for the purposes described in Section 3.

We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration. In the preceding 12 months, we may have shared identifiers, Internet or electronic-network activity, approximate geolocation, and related inferences with analytics or advertising partners through cookies or similar technologies in a manner that may be considered "sharing" under California law. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.

Subject to applicable law, California residents may exercise the rights to know, access, correct, delete, opt out of sale or sharing, limit certain uses of sensitive personal information, and receive equal service and pricing. Instructions for exercising these rights appear in Section 9.

Sensitive personal information is used only for purposes reasonably necessary to provide the Services, administer investments, verify identity, maintain security, prevent fraud, comply with law, and perform other purposes permitted by applicable law. T3 Capital does not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about individuals.

California "Shine the Light"

California Civil Code Section 1798.83 may permit California residents to request certain information regarding disclosure of personal information to third parties for their own direct-marketing purposes. To submit a request, contact us using the information in Section 14.

11. Information About Children

The Site and Services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the Site. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

12. International Visitors

T3 Capital is based in the United States, and personal information may be processed and stored in the United States or other jurisdictions where our service providers operate. Those jurisdictions may have data-protection laws that differ from the laws in your place of residence. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our practices, technologies, legal requirements, or Services. When we make changes, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. If required by law, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent.
